He is currently at a foster home but would love a permanent new family

    Hi – I’ve emailed to info@jakartaanimalaid.com last Saturday (24th March 2012), followed by phone call this afternoon, but I haven’t received any form to adopt Scruffy yet.

    What should I do to speed up the process? My husband and I are really falling in love with him!

    Please advice.
