This sweet girl was on her way to the LAPO ( dog meat restaurant) which was shown by a thin chain around her neck and a bag attached to it to put her in. She obviously managed to escape and must have wandered around in Cibubur for days.  As the picture shows, the chain has damaged her neck badly. She was dehydrated, skinny and still in shock.    At this moment she is undergoing treatment and is recovering from this horrible incident.   She is a medium sized ( around 6 kg) mixed breed dog and is about 2 years of age. She is still very timid and will need some time to trust people again. If you would like to help with her treatment, please contact us. We also need a foster or permanent home ASAP since JAAN is currently very full and we really don’t have a place to put her. Please help this sweet girl!
