Loly is an older rescued Shi Tzu who is nearly blind.  When Loly was found on the street she was severely emaciated, had skin problems and was very weak.  After loving care by her rescuers, she now has a beautiful coat of fur and is healthy.  She can see a little bit.  Loly needs a good home for her few remaining years.  If you can adopt Loly please conatct info@jakartaanimalaid.com or directly to
