A JAAN team member @alberthiene_endah got a report that this poor dog was left behind by his ex-owner in an empty house chained to a chair. As you can see he was in horrible shape, weak and very dehydrated. His fur was badly tangled and matted. After cutting the big chunks of matted and tangled fur off, he was brought to the vet straight away by the JAAN team. The vet thinks he is approx. 3 years old. After he is fixed up, we will be looking for a foster or a permanent home which will be even better! As usual, we are looking for a loving, committed and forever home.
