Same story as the chihuahua in the last post, this sweetheart was 1 of the 4 dogs left behind by their irresponsible and heartless ex-owner. This adorable shi tzu is about 3 years old and very tiny! She needed to be shaved because her fur was all matted and she was covered in her own poo.
