A bit of appreciation for this beautiful animal on International Tiger Day! Sadly the population of Tigers in Indonesia is slowly decreasing due to horrible zoo conditions, stealing of baby Cubs for ‘pets’ and the poaching of Tigers for their body parts to be used in medicine. This photo was taken when JAAN confiscated this Tiger from a private owner in West Java. Another perfect example of the sad exploitation of Tigers.
