What: ‘Kesejatheraan Hewan Cermin Jakarta Maju’ – A gathering, presentation of educational material, speech and cermony with Jakarta’s Governor, Mr Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama.

Where: City Hall ( Governors Office ) North Jakarta
For Whom: All dog lovers, animal lovers, local and International schools, veterinarians etc

On September 19, 2015 Jakarta Animal Aid Network ( JAAN ) conducted a presentation for Jakarta’s Governor Mr
Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, MM (Ahok) regarding Animal Welfare. The purpose of the presentation was to present options to improve the welfare of animals in general.Mr Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, MM agreed with many points we were saying and instructed the Ministry of Agriculture to work with us on these issues .
We are obviously very happy with this outcome and the prospect of making Jakarta a caring and animal friendly city where people understand the concept of animal welfare .
To celebrate this major milestone and to socialize our mass education project we are having a launching of our project at Jakarta’s City Hall ( Governor’s office ) in North Jakarta! For this big event we are also looking for sponsors who support education as much as we do!
